It used to be a stucco box built in the 1940s but now the building that is located in a walk street of Manhattan Beach, California, is transformed into modern look resident. The building with three floors was requested by the client so that the building will be their main house. So Abramson as the architect designs a lot of exteriors and interior details that suit with the order. On the exterior, Abramson creates a beautiful connection to the friendly pedestrian that is made from limestone. The front garden is also designed with a large roof deck which is served as a private oasis for the homeowners to enjoy the time while drinking morning coffee.
The interior is also made custom-designed with walnut and stainless door. In the middle floor, the architect makes it as the main living spaces where family room, dining room, kitchen are located. He also adds pantry and storage to support these rooms. Now we are going to the third floor where master bedroom and the master bathroom is designed for the pleasure of the client. In the upstairs, we can find the roof deck which is equipped with the chairs and table to enjoy the sun rays together with the other family member.
